EnrolWeb Business Email lets you create professional mailboxes on your own domain (like you@yourdomain.com). This page explains what’s included and how to activate your plan and create your first mailbox.

Activate Business Email

Sign in to EnrolWeb

Log in at enrolweb.com.

Open Email Services

Go to Email Services in your dashboard and select Business Email.

Choose a plan

Pick the plan that matches your mailbox count and storage needs.

Complete checkout

Enter your domain name and finish the order. If your domain is not with EnrolWeb, you’ll be prompted to update MX records.

Create your first mailbox

Open Email Management

Go to Services > Business Email and click Manage on your active plan.

Add a mailbox

Click Create Mailbox, enter the username, and set a strong password.

Save and test

Click Create, then log in to webmail to confirm the mailbox works.
Use a strong password with at least 12 characters. Enable two-factor authentication where available.

Access your email

Webmail

Log in from any browser without installing anything.

Mobile setup

Configure IMAP on iOS and Android.

Outlook setup

Connect your mailbox to Microsoft Outlook.

Aliases & forwarders

Create additional addresses or redirect mail.
